Perovskite PV Module
Kunshan GCL Optoelectronic Materials Co. , Ltd., a subsidiary of GCL Tech, was established in 2010 and focuses on the R&D and mass production of large-area perovskite photovoltaic modules. The company's core R&D team began developing perovskite technology in 2013 and has since led the industry in module size, conversion efficiency, stability, and mass production progress. In June 2025, the world’s first GW-scale tandem photovoltaic module manufacturing base commenced operations in Kunshan. In October, the first full-size (2400mm×1150mm) perovskite module rolled off the GW-scale perovskite production line, marking perovskite PV technology’s official entry into a new era of global, commercial-scale mass production.
